Prices
Prices shown in the catalogue and on this website are retail prices exclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices are also exclusive of shipping, postage and packing. Prices are correct at the time of press and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of despatch.

VAT relief
Certain items in this website catalogue are eligible for VAT relief for those who are chronically sick or disabled. Please note that the VAT relief cannot be claimed on telephone orders without prior, written evidence of exemption, together with a signed declaration.

Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form by Royal Mail or National Carrier, depending on the size and weight of the order. We aim to despatch within 14 days. Normal despatch by National Carrier is on a next day delivery basis. However, Robsons do not and cannot accept any loss, injury or claim for late deliveries.

Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Robsons UK until such time as payment has been received and cleared for all goods ordered.

Money back guarantee
If, for any reason, the products you receive are damaged or faulty please return them to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we shall replace the goods or offer a refund. Prior arrangement of a refund has to be agreed before returning goods.

Guarantee
All products within this website catalogue are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
